2024 Vermont Hickory Open
August 10 - August 11
The Vermont Hickory Golf Association is pleased to announce that this year’s Vermont Hickory Open will be a two-day medal (stroke) play event featuring four divisions: the Open division (any age or gender), the Senior division, (60 years of age or older), the Statesmen division (70 years of age or older), and a Women’s division. Both low gross and low net in each division will be acknowledged. A division must have a minimum of four competitors for the low gross winner’s name to be engraved on the Vermont VHO trophy.
The 2024 VHO will return to the Brattleboro Country Club, in Brattleboro, Vt. The course is a mix of the original golf course design in 1914 by Tom McNamara, a three-time U.S. Open runner up, a redesign in 1930 by Wayne Stiles, and an expansion, with some re-routing of play, in 2000 by Steve Durkee.
Green fees and a cart are included in the registration. Please note that practice rounds and carts for a practice round are not included in the registration fee. Call the pro shop at BCC to schedule your practice round at 802-257-7380.
