Chris Ream has sent his annual report on the Canadian Hickory Open, Aug. 12-16, on the Legends Golf Course in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This is one of the great events on the annual hickory tour. As usual, Chris has outdone himself on the report.
To cut right to the chase, after 27 holes, the Open Division was won by newcomer Sean Utley with a score of 114 on the three nines. Along with the trophy goes the Canadian Open Hickory Championship flag from the last hole. Second place went to Ben Plaunt at 117.

Included this year is an interesting summary of what were the hardest (and easiest) holes during the 27-hole Championship on Friday; a few surprises there.
