The Wisconsin Hickory Family invites you to celebrate World Hickory Golf Day Wisconsin style. Although the date for the celebration is May 4 in 2025, May 31 offers a better chance for good weather in Wisconsin. Our old venue, Auburn Bluffs is up for sale, so Dave Long has secured the beautiful Scenic View Country Club in Slinger, Wisc., just minutes west off Hwy 45. This is a very fun, hickory playable 18-hole track. As always, we will be running our tournament for fun, with many variations of hickory play for the day.

1) New-to-Hickory players, clubs will be available to use.
2) Gutty clubs playing either a Park or Braid ball; two groups – 64 and under, 65 and older. Your choice of ball.
3) Modern hickory golf.
4) Ladies 4-person Best Ball.

We are looking for a 10 a.m. start. There is a modest practice range for irons only; about 200 yards deep.

We have yet to confirm the cost, but should be either $75 or $85. That fee will include 18 holes &and cart, lunch ticket, and two drink tickets.
