2023 Wyandotte Hickory Classic
June 2, 2023 - June 4, 2023
The Wyandotte Hickory Organization annually hosts one of the great outings on the Michigan Hickory Tour – its WHO Classic. There’s a warm-up round, a two-person scramble, and a medal-play open. Interested participants may sign up for one or all three of the events, each played over three days. Wyandotte Shores is a delightful links-style course along the Detroit River south of the big city.
New this year is a gutty championship which a player may opt to enter on Sunday instead of the medal play championship. This will be played with the McIntyre Park ball and pre-1900 smooth-faced clubs or approved replicas.
It’s all great fun and continues a tradition the WHO group began several years ago of good fun among great friends.
Please note that there is a noon start time for the Friday practice round at Westshore GC.
