2024 Michiana Hickory Open and Featherie Challenge

The 2024 Michiana Hickory Open
Join the Golf Heritage Society and the Society of Hickory Golfers for the 12th annual Michiana Hickory Open. The 2024 tournament is presented by the Thomas J Borger (N.D. 1971) Family and will be played at the Warren Golf Course in South Bend, Ind., near the Notre Dame campus. The event begins with a Buy/Sell/ Trade Show from 9 a.m to noon in the clubhouse. Golf will begin with a 1 p.m. (EST) shotgun start.
Categories of play include Open Division, Senior Division (age 60-70), Statesman Division (age 70+), and a Scramble Division. Alexander Kirkwood medals will be awarded to the Low Net (1,2,3) in each division &and top three scramble teams. The Open Champion will receive the first ever BORGER CUP trophy, his/her name on the permanent MHO plaque, and a gift certificate to the Warren GC Pro Shop.
The $80 fee for the Michiana Hickory Open includes golf, cart, and range balls.

Michiana Featherie Challenge
New this year is an opportunity to try your hand at playing a feathery golf ball. On the Saturday (Aug. 17) preceding the Michiana Hickory Open, Hickory Lane Featherie will help us present the inaugural Michiana Featherie Challenge. The cost is $35 for 18 holes or $25 for nine holes. This golf challenge will be held at the Studebaker Golf Course, 718 E. Calvert St., South Bend, Ind. 46613
