2024 New Zealand Hickory Open and Asia/Pacific Hickory Championship
March 5 - March 10
The third New Zealand Hickory Open caps a week of hickory golf events which includes competition for the Asia/Pacific Hickory Championships presented by the Society of Hickory Golfers.
The week begins on Tuesday, March 5, with the first round of the Asia/Pacific Championships comprising 18 holes at the Christchurch Golf Club including dinner and presentations.
On Wednesday, there is an optional extra round of golf at Christchurch GC and on Thursday there is the opportunity of nine holes at the TaiTapu golf club with dinner afterward.
Friday brings the Anzac Flask, a competition between Australia and New Zealand; and the Japan Cup, a competition between New Zealand and Japan.
Saturday is a Christchurch GC mens day of hickory with guests welcome for 18 holes.
And Sunday caps off the week with the NZ Hickory Open – 12 holes of foursomes/singles on a special Open layout. Running concurrently will be the second round of the Asia/Pacific Championship over 12 holes; all followed by dinner and presentations.
