2025 Japan Hickory Masters and Asia/Pacific Hickory Championship
May 14 - May 16
In 2025, Japan hosts the second Asia/Pacific Hickory Championship presented by the Society of Hickory Golfers. This year, that tournament will be played in conjunction with the Japan Hickory Masters, all to be contested over three golf clubs of the Taiheiyo Club: Narita, Ichihara, and Yachiyo courses. Each will be prepared with 18-hole layouts for hickory.
The events are open to men or women, professional or amateur. Players without a handicap will play off scratch. All players play off the same tees for the Open, however Ladies tees will be used for those wishing to play for best Net. Prize money for professional golfers. Traditional attire on the course is encouraged.
A full program of additional hickory events is available by separate entry from Wednesday 14th and 16th of May.
Wednesday, May 14
Taiheiyo Club, NARITA course
18 holes, Foursomes for the Asia/Pacific Hickory Championship. Will have short celebration party after play.
Thursday, May 15
Taiheiyo Club, ICHIHARA course
18 Holes individual stroke play for the Japan Hickory Classic. This includes APAC Hickory Championship (Day1).
Friday, May 16
Taiheiyo Club, YACHIYO course
18 Holes individual stroke play for the Japan Hickory Masters. This includes APAC Hickory Championship (Day2).
Will have prize-giving at conclusion of play (BBQ style).
