Duane Baylor reports: Eleven hickory players participated in the three-day Nebraska Hickory State Championship held at Wild Horse Golf Club in Gothenburg, Neb. Beautiful summer weather that included a dramatic storm that blew through following our round on Saturday.

We’ll do it again next year at Wild Horse which is a fine sandhills links-style course.
